Employment History

From July 2005 to present independent consultant developing software and consulting on networking and security issues. I also do adjunct teaching for Collin College professional development department. 

From 2003 through 2005 Systems Director for a Dallas area insurance company. I also taught part time for Collin College professional development department.

From 2000 through 2003 Department Chair for Computer Information Systems at Remington College - Dallas Campus. I also taught courses in various programming languages, web servers, and systems analysis for the Department.

From 1999 through 2000 Sr. Software Engineer at a telecom firm developing voice mail servers and related applications.

From 1998 through 1999 Director of Technology for a University where I was pursuing an M.Ed.

From 1995 through 1998 Programmer analyst with 2 different companies, first as a contract programmer for Boeing Aerospace, then with a firm that did financial applications for companies such as Chrysler Financial, Western Union, and Boatman's Bank.

From 1991 to 1995 Entry level computer jobs while going to college (i.e. tech support, computer sales, etc.).

From Jan 1987 to Jan 1991 US Army 7th Light Infantry Division Ft. Ord California. I was, however, in a support role, not an infantryman myself. I received an honorable discharge.
